Update assets across multiple locales with dynamic redirect URLs.

We’ve made it easier for brands with multiple locales to update their image assets. In the Image Asset Library, users can now upload one image and provide multiple locale-specific redirect links for that image. This enhancement greatly reduces the amount of clicks required to update Track pages and is available for all brands.

Archive old assets to streamline experience updates

Asset selection and asset lists just become a whole lot more manageable. Archive old assets with our new “Archive” functionality, making it easier for brands to access assets and control content in your image asset library.

Reduce exceptions with scheduled deliveries on Narvar Track

Ensure operational efficiency into the last mile and reduce exceptions with the ability for users to schedule deliveries directly from the Track page. For retailers shipping with Metro, users will be able to select delivery dates and windows for eligible packages to be delivered.

Reduce support contacts with automated label generation for returns.

We've launched a new feature that will help you reduce support issues in case of unforeseen carrier-outages with automatic label regeneration during downtimes. This feature is free and automatically enabled in your admin.

During carrier outages, customers will still be able to successfully submit their returns through Narvar, and a mobile return code will be provided to them in a follow up email to the return initiation.

This feature will be enabled for all Narvar Returns & Exchanges and Narvar for Shopify Returns & Exchanges customers over the next 4 weeks.
