Start spreading the holiday cheer with gift tracking on Track!

Gift givers in your customer base? Reduce WISMO and alleviate gifting anxiety with gift tracking. 

Gift senders can keep recipients in lockstep with their orders with omnichannel tracking link sharing directly from the Track page. Gift senders can share a gift tracking link via SMS, email, Airdrop, and more to their recipients to actively track.

This feature will be activated for all Track customers when it is released on November 7th at no additional cost. If you would not like gift tracking activated, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Narvar Support to turn it off.


We’ve improved multi-locale experience updates! Fewer clicks and greater ROI. 

Prior to our multi-locale experience release, it was easy for  merchants to accidentally create an override, breaking the inheritance of changes between experience configurations. 

Now, a merchant can restore inheritance using Hub.

Restoring inheritance will pull down the styling and page layout from a parent configuration. This will allow page structure changes to apply to the experience that previously had an override. NOTE: Restoring inheritance will clear the assets that have previously been set for that configuration.

Returns & Exchanges for Shopify

We’re now integrated with PostNord! 

Merchants using Shopify Returns and Exchanges will now be able to facilitate returns through PostNord with Narvar. Merchants must set up carrier accounts with PostNord and reach out to your Narvar Customer Success Manager to get set up today.
