Below is the list of Narvar Pre-shipment triggers and their definitions.

Order Confirmation

Notification of an order being confirmed.

Item Cancellation

Notification of an Item or group of items that's cancelled within an order.

Warehouse Delay

Notification of an Item or group of items delayed in fulfillment or processing within an order.

Warehouse Order Date Delay

Notification of an Item or group of items delayed in fulfillment or processing within an order.

Warehouse Promise Date Delay

Notification of Item or group of items delayed in fulfillment or processing within an order.

Backordered

Notification of an item or group of items from an order are backordered.

Label Generated/"Ready to Go"

Notification of a package that now has a shipment label with an associated tracking number and is waiting to be picked up by the carrier. 

Carrier Processing Delay 1

Notification of a carrier delay in processing packages ready to be shipped or delay in picking them up.

Carrier Processing Delay 2

Notification of a carrier delayed in processing packages ready to be shipped or delayed in picking them up. This is sent after the first carrier processing delay notification has been sent, for example at Day 2 consumer receives Carrier Processing Delay 1, and Day 5 consumer receives Carrier Processing Delay 2.
