Below is the list of Narvar Delivery Journey triggers and their definitions.

Shipment Confirmation/On Its Way |
Notification that a package has been shipped and is on its way to the customer. |
Carrier Delay |
Notification of a package experiencing a carrier delay en route to the customer. |
Delay Predictive |
Notification of a delay based on a Narvar prediction using carrier and order data. |
Customs Delay |
Notification of a shipment delayed with the carrier due to customs. |
Delivery Anticipation |
Notification of a shipment scheduled to arrive the next day. |
Out for Delivery |
Notification of a shipment that's scheduled to arrive that day and is out for delivery. |
Delivered - Standard |
Notification of a shipment that's been delivered to the destination. |
Delivered to a recipient other than the actual customer |
Notification of a shipment that's been delivered to a recipient other than the actual customer - a neighbor, building reception, office reception, etc. |
Missed Delivery |
Notification that a carrier unsuccessfully attempted to deliver a package. |
Damaged |
Notification that a package has been damaged by a carrier. |
Undeliverable |
Notification that a package is undeliverable due to invalid address, multiple attempts, etc. |
Exceptions - General |
Notification that a package is in an exception status - undeliverable, missed attempt, damaged, etc. |
Sent Back to Warehouse |
Notification that a package has been sent back to the warehouse and returned to sender due to being undeliverable or other series of exceptions. |
Delivered to Warehouse/Sender |
Notification that a package has arrived back at the warehouse after being sent back due to undeliverable or other exception. |
