Delivery Journey Triggers & Definitions

Below is the list of Narvar Delivery Journey triggers and their definitions. 

Trigger

Definition

Just Shipped

Notification of a package that's been manifested by the carrier.

Shipment Confirmation/On Its Way

Notification that a package has been shipped and is on its way to the customer. 

Carrier Delay

Notification of a package experiencing a carrier delay en route to the customer.

Delay Predictive

Notification of a delay based on a Narvar prediction using carrier and order data.

Customs Delay

Notification of a shipment delayed with the carrier due to customs.

Delivery Anticipation

Notification of a shipment scheduled to arrive the next day.

Out for Delivery

Notification of a shipment that's scheduled to arrive that day and is out for delivery.

Delivered - Standard

Notification of a shipment that's been delivered to the destination.

Delivered to a recipient other than the actual customer

Notification of a shipment that's been delivered to a recipient other than the actual customer - a neighbor, building reception, office reception, etc.

Missed Delivery

Notification that a carrier unsuccessfully attempted to deliver a package.

Damaged

Notification that a package has been damaged by a carrier.

Undeliverable

Notification that a package is undeliverable due to invalid address, multiple attempts, etc.

Exceptions - General

Notification that a package is in an exception status - undeliverable, missed attempt, damaged, etc.

Sent Back to Warehouse

Notification that a package has been sent back to the warehouse and returned to sender due to being undeliverable or other series of exceptions.

Delivered to Warehouse/Sender

Notification that a package has arrived back at the warehouse after being sent back due to undeliverable or other exception.
