Return Initiated - By Mail

Notification that a consumer has gone through the Narvar Return flow and submitted a return for the "Return By Mail" method. These notifications are included for any brand that purchases our Return solution.

Return Initiated - Printerless

Notification that a consumer has gone through the Narvar Return flow and submitted a return for the "Return By Printerless Mail" method. These notifications are included for any brand that purchases our Return solution.

Return Initiated - In Store

Notification that a consumer has gone through the Narvar Return flow and submitted a return for the "Return via Store" method. These notifications are included for any brand that purchases our Return solution.

Return Initiated - By Self

Notification that a consumer has gone through the Narvar Return flow and submitted a return for the "Return via Self" method. These notifications are included for any brand that purchases our Return solution and include all instructions for the consumer to complete the return.

Return Initiated - Home Pickup Method

Notification that a consumer has gone through the Narvar Return flow and submitted a return for the "Return - Home Pickup" method. These notifications are included for any brand that purchases our Return solution and include all instructions for the consumer to complete the return.

Return On Its Way

Notification that a package that's been returned is now en route to the warehouse or final destination where the return will be completed by the brand.

Return Delivered to Warehouse - Carrier

Notification that a returned package has arrived at its final destination (warehouse, store, etc).

Return Delivered to Warehouse - Brand

Notification that a returned package has arrived at its final destination (warehouse, store, etc).
