Introducing improved Estimated Delivery Date flexibility via new exception rules, enabling EDDs to be adjusted based on Delivery Options and Item Tags. Promise’s ML models are unmatched at accurately predicting EDDs in a normal operating environment, but sometimes unique and unexpected situations arise. In those cases, such as temporary fulfillment disruptions or weather events, you now have even more flexibility to adjust EDDs, ensuring accuracy and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Shopify Return & Exchange

Introducing Shopify Analytics 2.0 and Enhanced Exchange Checkout

Enhance your returns and exchanges strategy with Shopify Analytics 2.0, featuring a streamlined dashboard that delivers more intuitive and actionable insights. This upgrade ensures you can make smarter, data and ROI-driven decisions. Optimize your return and exchange strategy effortlessly with sharper, more reliable insights. Shopify Analytics 2.0 will be available in early February.

With the deprecation of Shopify’s Checkout API, Stripe will now handle uneven exchange payments, ensuring a seamless checkout experience. In addition, exchange credits will be applied as discounts instead of gift cards, preventing double-counted revenue and improving accuracy in revenue recognition.
