To provide customers with the easiest and most seamless exchange experience, Narvar integrates with Stripe to process payments for customer-paid shipping labels and advanced exchange features like Recommended Exchanges.

Regardless of whether you have an existing Stripe account, you'll need to create a new Stripe Payments account and connect it to the Narvar Returns & Exchanges app. We require you to create a new Stripe Payments account for reasons related to bookkeeping and transparency.

Create & Connect a Stripe Payments Account

Navigate to the Narvar Returns & Exchanges app and click Settings. Select the Account tile, then click the Connect Stripe button. This will open the Narvar + Stripe Payments connect page.


Follow the on-screen prompts to create a Stripe Payments account and connect it with the Narvar Returns & Exchanges app. Once you’ve completed the setup process, you will be redirected back to your Shopify store and Stripe should be connected.

If you still see the Connect Stripe button on the Account Settings page, an error may have occurred while connecting your Stripe Payments account. Repeat the process above, and if you continue to have issues please submit a support request.

Note: If you decide to disconnect Stripe or use Shopify Checkout instead of Stripe Payments, please submit a support ticket so that we can make sure you don’t lose the ability to collect payments on any of your in-process exchanges.
