Onboarding at Narvar is set up in the following implementation milestones:

• Install & Setup: install the app and configure the returns experience to meet your needs
• Testing: Once setup is done, we'll test to ensure everything is working as expected and ready for your customers
• Training: We'll make sure you or your team are properly trained on how to best use the app once you're live and know where to go if support is needed.
• Launch: Launch Narvar on your site!

Based on your needs and timing, the implementation of Narvar can take a little as a few hours up to several weeks to complete. Your dedicated Implementation Consultant will work with you to create a personalized project plan and timeline to set you up for success.
